"Each story contains a little bit of my life experience, ranging from happy, peaceful times to racially motivated attacks against me, and life-changing moments."
Biography
“I’ve been writing short stories and poetry ever since I was a schoolboy. My favourite genres include fantasy, horror, and science fiction. I love reading books on esoteric and spiritual subjects and like to weave bits of wisdom I’ve picked up into my stories.
"Each story contains a little bit of my life experience, ranging from happy, peaceful times to racially motivated attacks and life-changing moments against me, which I feel necessary to share through my characters. When one writes about what one knows first-hand, it adds a level of realism to the fantastical, which readers can better relate to."
Paramjit S. Bharj worked as a web developer and technical author for several software companies in Britain before deciding to set out on his own and manage a residential care home for the elderly in the bustling town of Stony Stratford. He then continued to work in the care sector for over 18 years as a Registered Manager.
Having recently moved to Birmingham, close to Moseley where a legendary author once lived, Paramjit has returned to writing and is working on several upcoming titles to add to his growing portfolio.
